这是中国首档垂钓主题室内轻喜剧。在街角看似不起眼的“疯狂渔具店”内，生活着这样一群人。八面玲珑的美女老板娘（任笑霏饰），曾经的竞钓大师、现在的渔具店店长（熊月良饰），天赋异禀的天才钓手（刘釴白饰），正直善良的女店员（田梦饰），精灵古怪的老板娘表妹（李许军饰）。他们在经营渔具店的过程中，和小肚鸡肠的吝啬房东、“妻管严”的隔壁邻居之间，发生了一系列爆笑故事。
